Sleep

Sleep can sometimes be at a premium, especially if you are busy at work or have small children. However, there can be a huge benefit in just getting one more hour of sleep a night. Even though most people will say they have no time for exercise, there are usually at least 10 minutes in your day that you can use. It might be checking social media, or watching the TV. Try going for a walk while you watch TikTok or yoga while watching the news.

Drink One More Cup of Water Each Day

Most people don’t drink enough water each day, but starting to drink six cups straight away can be daunting. Instead, swap one cup of coffee or tea for a glass of water and you will soon see the benefit.
